1. Cottages are rented for days, the day starts at 15.00 ends at 10.00 the next day.

2. The facility is monitored (common parts, i.e. parking lots, playground, playground, access to the beach, pavements)

3. Each change of the date of arrival or departure (eg late arrival or early departure, resignation from the stay) does not entitle to reduce the cost of the stay and to refund any money.

4. Any defects resulting from the use of the house should be reported to the owner of the Center on an ongoing basis.

5. Comments submitted after the end of the service or on the day of departure will not be considered.

6. The guests of the Center bear full financial responsibility for damaged or lost items put into use.

7. The Center is not responsible for valuables and cash left in the houses, therefore due diligence should be exercised in closing windows and doors and arming the alarm system when leaving the house.

8. The Center must be quiet at night from 22.00 to 8.00 am.

9. Our resort accepts pets, after prior arrangement with the owner.

10. Persons disturbing the peace, order or using the entrusted property in a manner inconsistent with the regulations in the Center, may be removed from it without the right to any reimbursement of previously incurred fees and any compensation.

11. In the Center it is prohibited to: - such behavior that grossly disturbs the peaceful stay of other guests, - cycling around the Center, as well as the playground, - setting up toys, tents, swimming pools, etc. on the grass.

12. The Center reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons: - whose stay has not been properly informed in advance and for which they have not agreed before their arrival, - who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants, - who behave aggressively, in a generally recognized manner too vulgar.

13. The stay of children and adolescents up to 18 years of age in the Center, on the playground and playground, is allowed only under the care of adults who take full responsibility for their actions, as well as for all the consequences of these acts and situations in the Center, playground and the playing field and undertake to comply with all rules and regulations for the use of the playground and the existing equipment.

14. The resort is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by reasons beyond its control, e.g. power or water outages, or lack of TV or Wi-Fi signal, etc.

15. It is forbidden to use your own electric devices, gas cylinders, electric grills etc. or any additional devices (apart from the existing ones) in the houses without the consent of the owners of the Center.

16. The use of bikes is possible only after prior arrangement with the Owners and with their consent.

17. It is forbidden to wear high heels in the cabins, as well as the absolute ban on smoking and frying fish (in the event of breaking this prohibition, a fee of PLN 500 will be added to the bill for the removal of odors).

18. We ask you not to leave the gate and wicket open.

19. Accepting people who are not guests of the Center may only take place after prior notice of this fact to the owners of the Center and with their consent, subject to the fact that the owners of the Center have the right to the Center, and to ask people whose presence has not been previously determined from its premises. and to which they have not agreed.

20. The customer handing over the house on the day of departure takes place by reporting this fact to the owner of the Center, who will check the technical condition and equipment of all rooms in the presence of the user. Please leave a relative order, i.e. take out the rubbish, clean the grill, wash the dishes.

21. The regulations of the Center are made known by the client individually during the booking activities.
